Your rows go in, then Vanessa cuts and blends the extensions into your own hair so the line between them disappears.

As your hair grows, the rows are moved back up. Vanessa sets your move-up schedule and shows you the at-home routine that keeps the hair soft.

Salt water and pools
Braid or pull your hair into a low ponytail before you swim. Rinse with fresh water as soon as you are out of the ocean or pool, then follow with conditioner.

Sleep
Sleep in a silk or satin bonnet. It keeps the wefts from rubbing and the ends from tangling overnight.
Brushing
